First of all, keep in mind that it is not going to happen overnight but your weight loss journey going to be very easy when you will remove word “DIET” from it. Now the next question is how to loose weight without a diet? So the answer is, you have to adopt a healthy lifestyle which will lead you towards weight loss. Fad diets work like magic but at the end of the day, you have to deal with so many problems. So it’s better to lose your weight with pleasure. Here is step by step by step guidance from my own experience.
Eliminate processed items from your life. Stick to the natural food. Eat your regular food (Except junk) in small portions for one week. This is your journey and you have to decide what works for you or not.
Cut down on carbs. When you will cut down carbs from the diet you will automatically start to eat fewer calories. Since these are the step for healthy weight loss so you can eat a small amount of carbs before 4 p.m.
Eat protein and veggies more. Idea is to take more protein and veggies than carbs. Proteins can reduce your cravings to 60%. Protein is king for losing weight. Choose low carb vegetables. (Broccoli, Cauliflower, spinach)
Drink at least 8 glasses (1.5 litters) of water every day.
You will notice a difference after 4 weeks. These are the small changes which can lead you towards a healthy lifestyle.

In your first week, you are going to cheat a little because you are not used to of a healthy lifestyle. Don’t worry if you cheated twice or even thrice but make sure not to make it a habit. Read books or drink water to avoid binging. Enjoy your healthy weight loss journey along with us.
